AGM

The Annual General Meeting will be held at the Clubhouse in early November 2012.  Watch the website/emails for details.

If you have any proposals for amendments to the Rules, Regulations and Standing Orders of the Club could you please notify the General Secretary by the beginning of October.

An official notice of the AGM is sent out late in the October with the Agenda, including the last years minutes, the accounts and the officers reports.

Committee Meetings

Committee meetings are held bi-monthly and are used to set out what we are going to do in the coming months and seasons.  Let somebody on the committee know if you have any ideas to run the club better or any activities you think we should be doing. All Committee meetings commence at 8.00pm.  Remaining dates for 2012 are listed below.

Volunteers

Clubs like ours can not afford to pay for staff, helping out and running the club is done by volunteers.  The roles are usually pretty easy and involve giving up a few hours every month.  If you can help with anything then please come forward.  We have a pretty active committee but extra help is always appreciated, especially with running our open races.
