Cyclo Cross 2011

The club's next great promotion is coming up fast.  The annual open cyclo cross races will be happening on Sunday 16th October at Longdean School, Hemel Hempstead.  This year we are round 4 of the Central Cyclo Cross League. (http://centralcxl.org.uk)

HHCC Cyclo Cross 2011

The course, a favourite with loads of racers, is looking dry and pretty quick.  We are running in reverse to previous years and have done lots of work on the woodland sections to make them flow even better.

The race schedule is;

Racing will start from 11 AM in the following format:
- Youth Under 10 race starts at 11:00, lasts around 10 minutes and uses the short course
- Youth Under 12 race starts at 11:15, lasts around 15 minutes and uses the short course
- Youth races (combined U14 & U16) should start at 11:45 and will last around 30 minutes and using the full course
- Novices will start with the Youth race and the race duration will be the same
- Combined Senior / Junior / Women / Veterans race will start at 13:00 and should last around 1 hour using the full course
