Go-Ride Mountain Bike Skills Sessions

Hemel Hempstead Cycling Club is running a series of Go-Ride mountian bike skills sessions for riders aged 8-12.

The sessions, run by Hemel Cycling Club member Duncan Knight - a British Cycling qualified coach - will be held over 3 consecutive weeks starting on Saturday 18th September 2010, between 10.00am and 12.00pm.

The first two events (18th and 25th September) take place at Longdean School, Rumballs Road, Bennetts End, Hemel Hempstead, with the third event (2nd October) taking place at Ashridge Woods - meet at the Bridgewater monument.

Riders should be confident on their bikes as the techniques taught on the course will require good basic bike handling skills.

The 3 week course, run  costs only £15 and riders need to bring with them a bike in good working order and a helmet. Riders should dress in the appropriate clothing for the weather conditions.
