CC Luton 100km & 40miles (start 9.30 am)
This is the sixth and last event of the Chiltern Classics Reliability Rides for 2012. The route commences from the village hall in Edlesborough and travels through Slapton before turning south back through Ivinghoe to climb Ivinghoe Beacon. From Ringshall, the route continues through Little Gaddesden and Nettleden to Potten End where it makes it's way onto the A4251 south of Berkhamsted before heading out through Bovingdon and Chesham.

Harp RC 100km & 50km (start 9 am)
Hour long turbo session to a programme set by coach, Gavin Atkins. Bring a bike, towel, drink and turbo.
Be at poolside five minutes early. It is a fairly informal session with a few of us meeting up to train together. We can usually get two lanes to ourselves and can cater for different speeds.
Entry fee £4 to the sports centre (free for members), for which you can stay as long as you like, go to the gym before or even play tennis.
