I am led to believe that most of the group D riders are training elsewhere ? but heres the route for Sundays "fast" club run, I am not feeling so fast at the moment ? so have made it quite hilly; going over Pipers hill, Glade rd, Kop hill, the Hale & White hill amongst some others !
So anyone training will still get a proper workout & can wait at the top for me to catch up !
Let me know if you are planning to join me, as if I have no takers I might go out a bit earlier ?
