It is a bit heavy going. :)
It would seem that this company does not like any one else to get involved with alternative after sale repairs. Even to the extent of having it's lawyers put pressure on ebay over descriptions of items. They forced the original poster to withdraw his comments as can be seen by the deleted threads. Fortunately, for those people who need to service or update their pedals somebody, presumably in a country not scared of US lawyers, has published the maintainence procedures. A very marked contrast in attitude to Campagnolo for example who provide full technical support with no questions asked.
