Sports nutrition

I may have almost forgotten how to ride a bike but I've not forgotten you all whilst I'm away studying!

A lot of the sports nutrition evidence is a bit hazy but thought some of you might be interested in this. Its fairly basic sort of advice that you've probably worked out yourself but thought it was quite interesting to know what portion sizes and things you should be eating when you're doing lots of exercise.

Hope you're all enjoying your summer pedaling!

Thank you Mel, this is very educational. I will make sure John L bears this in mind when he next provides my on bike emergency snacks!

Aside from that, we'd like to know when you're going to get back on your bike and form a wimmen's TT team!!!
