Turbo Training 08/09

Postby Simon Hemington » Thu Oct 09, 2008 7:38 am

Time to start thinking about turbo training for the winter months. After some discussions with the other coaches we think that Monday night might be preferable to last years mid week session.

Who is interested? Is Monday ok? And when would you like to start?

Monday sounds good to me. 7:30 pm start as usual, or earlier/later?

First sessions from after the AGM? AGM is Monday 10 November, so first one Monday 17.

We need to agree the fee: I say £2 including clubroom fee.

Monday or Wednesday would be OK for me but I'm tutoring both evenings until 7.30, so would prefer a 7.45 or 8pm start.

Cheers
Ian

My vote is for Monday, with Wednesday as second best.

Turbo training recommences after the Christmas break tonight!

Start the post Christmas training now!

Session starts at 19:30 so be there in time to set up your bike beforehand.

The club has 5 turbo's to use, but please bring your own if you can.

Cost £1 per session.

It will be cold first thing, but you will soon warm up I promise!

Well due to the fact it was so cold, everyone cried off, so Turbo sessions WILL commence next week!

In view of the snowy conditions I will not be coming down the clubroom tonight, and I suspect few others will either!
