Equipment - anyone riding Planet-X ProCarbon wheels ?

Ask questions, sort out training partners and find out how to use that HR or power meter.

Equipment - anyone riding Planet-X ProCarbon wheels ?

Postby Giles Haley » Wed Jan 28, 2009 12:46 pm

Uncle "JD" John is emploring me to get some Planet-X Pro Carbon wheels for my new TT machine (both the same size this time !). Has anyone got any I can take a look at and what do you think of them ?

As an aside, how about a Technical Forum anyone, or I did I just miss one that's already there :?:

Planet X stuff is generaly good quality and very good value too. They also have a very good reputation for customer care, etc.
Steve Brown has some PX 50's as his spare wheels, and I think a disk and a 82 for his full race wheels. I think a few others have got 50's, etc. too. The frames and bars are also supposed to be good.

So, does this mean you have finally ditched the 1980's frame and 24" wheel?
