Time Trials Q&A

Postby Simon Hemington » Sun Mar 22, 2009 11:37 am

Is anybody interested in a Time Trial Q&A session prior to the club 10s starting?

I am thinking an hour long to 90 min session covering bike position, equipment, warm-up, pacing and entering open events. Feel free to reply with anything else you would like to know.

Probably to be held on Monday 30th at the clubroom but details to be confirmed.

Sorry for the late post but if there is still a chance of a 'master calss' before the club's TT season starts then I'd be very interested as I don't have much of clue as to what I can do to go quicker, other than the obvious..."just pedal faster!"

I don't have a TT bike so any advice about gearing, technique, starting, warming up, how to go fast around that round about etc

We might be a bit late. I am not sure if we can do this on Monday.
Lets canvas opinion at the first event and see if we can set something up quickly after that.
