Not a bad evening, cycling back from the finish it felt as though there would have been a tail wind on the way out and a little stickier on the return leg. Some good rides, with Peter fastest,closely followed by Anthony and Stan not far behind. Lucy trimmed off a few more seconds and a good first ride for Hamish.

Next week is the athlete's 10. Road bikes should be used, no tribars, deep section wheels etc. Nigel will give full verse on rules when he sends out the notice. Time trial bikes can be used if you don't want to enter into the fun, you will be listed in a separate result.
