Mellow Monday Rides
As well as the regular Sunday rides throughout the year, we have a Mellow Monday ride. These run from May to August, leaving from The Fisheries at 19:00 and are an easy paced social ride out to Ashridge and back (around 17miles / 28km).
They are a lovely social recovery ride after the long efforts of the weekend and are also a great way for new riders to come along and have an informal chat so we can understand the type of riding you're interested in. We can then recommend an appropriate Sunday ride to start on, based on your fitness and experience.
There are no cafe stops on Mellow Monday rides but it's known for riders to stop for liquid refreshment at The Fisheries when we get back (especially on warmer days).
