AGM

The Annual General Meeting will be held at the Clubhouse on Monday 11th January 2027. Watch the website/emails for details.

If you have any proposals for amendments to the Rules, Regulations and Standing Orders of the Club could you please notify the General Secretary by the end of December.

An official notice of the AGM is sent out late in December with the Agenda, including the last years minutes, the accounts and the officers reports.

Committee Meetings

Committee meetings are held bi-monthly and are used to set out what we are going to do in the coming months and seasons. Let somebody on the committee know if you have any ideas to run the club better or any activities you think we should be doing.

Your club reps for 2026 are Andy Murray, Graham Craggs, Steven Gerrard and Martyn Wisken.

Volunteers

Clubs like ours can not afford to pay for staff, helping out and running the club is done by volunteers. The roles are usually pretty easy and involve giving up a few hours every month. If you can help with anything then please come forward. We have a pretty active committee but extra help is always appreciated, especially with running our open races.
